Nepal_Rebuild_Inside The world has pretty much forgotten about the victims of Nepal’s devastating earthquake of April 2015. A five-month-old blockade imposed by India has caused severe fuel shortages and compounded the problems of the Nepalese.

Whether it’s conducted in glittering capital cities or some of the remotest corners of the world, the impact will be felt for generations to come. The National Mission Commission of Nepal (NMCN) has been running three “Slum School Centres” at two places, in Thapathali slum by the Bagmati River and in Godavari, catering to a total of 125 children.

Social Services_Inside By Bhibin Shakya Nawaraj Ghalan, 35, lives in Hetauda, Makawanpur district. He is a leader in Getasmani Jante church and is interested in evangelism and church planting. He had thought that church should be focused on evangelism and church planting by preaching.

Milan_Will_Inside The world at large subscribes to the notion that if there’s a will, there’s a way. However, in the Christian walk, we believe that if we are willing, God will find a way. Take the case of our co-mission partner Milan Magar. He had the privilege to teach “Christian Leadership” at a pastoral and leadership training centre in far Western Nepal.

Our co-mission partner Manoj Kumar Pradhananga and his wife Anjila can testify to this as they go about their family ministry work in Nepal. Through their involvement in earthquake relief efforts undertaken by the Leadership Training Department-NCF Nepal (LTD) they witnessed how a widow had been blessed after being struck by a double tragedy.
